Prep Team & Elite Teams

Tiny Novice (Ages 5-8)

Our Tiny  team is the perfect introduction to the world of cheerleading for children ages 5–8. At this foundational level, athletes learn the basics of cheer in a fun, high-energy, and supportive environment designed specifically for young children.

We focus on building confidence, coordination, and teamwork while introducing the fundamentals of jumps, tumbling, and stunting. Each child is encouraged to grow at their own pace, with professional coaches providing guidance every step of the way.

What to Expect:

  • 1.5 hours of cheer instruction, 1 time per week

  • Coached by experienced cheer professionals

  • Engaging routine choreography and performance music

  • 3 local or travel competitions

  • Opportunities to qualify for end-of-season bid events

  • Monthly team bonding activities and themed events

Team Skill Requirements:
We welcome beginners and help them grow!

  • Beginner: Forward roll, cartwheel

  • Intermediate: Handstand, bridge kickover

  • Advanced: Backwalkover, frontwalkover

  • Jumps: Tuck jump, pike, toe touch

  • Stunting: Basic level stunting with an emphasis on safety and technique

Evaluation & Placement:
Every child is evaluated on their current skill level and placed on a team with others of similar age, maturity, and ability. Every child make a team.

Youth (Ages 8-12)

Our Youth team is designed for athletes ages 8–12 who are ready to build on their foundational cheer skills and take things to the next level. Whether your child is just beginning or has previous experience, this program offers a challenging yet supportive environment where athletes thrive both on and off the mat.

At this level, we introduce more advanced tumbling, stunting, and performance skills, all while continuing to prioritize teamwork, leadership, and fun. Our experienced coaches meet each athlete where they are and help them grow in skill, confidence, and character.

What to Expect:

  • 3 hours of cheer instruction, 2 times per week

  • Professionally choreographed routines and high-energy performance music

  • 5 local or travel competitions throughout the season

  • Opportunities to attend prestigious end-of-season bid events

  • Monthly bonding events that foster connection and team spirit

Team Skill Requirements:
We welcome all skill levels and support individual growth:

  • Beginner: Forward roll, cartwheel, handstand

  • Intermediate: Bridge kickover, handstand forward roll

  • Advanced: Backwalkover, frontwalkover

  • Jumps: Toe touch, pike, hurdler

  • Stunting: Basic to intermediate level stunting

Evaluation & Placement:
Athletes are placed on teams based on age, experience, and skill level. Everyone participates and every athlete is celebrated. Every child makes a team.

Junior (Ages 12-16)

Our Junior team is designed for athletes ages 10–15 who are ready to advance their cheerleading skills and take on more challenging routines and competitions. This program is for athletes who have mastered the basics and are eager to improve their tumbling, stunting, and performance abilities in a competitive environment.

In the Junior Inferno program, athletes focus on refining their technique, building strength, and mastering more advanced skills. Our experienced coaches provide personalized attention, ensuring that each athlete grows as both a cheerleader and a leader. Through dedication and teamwork, athletes in this program develop valuable life skills that extend far beyond the gym.

What to Expect:

  • 3 hours of cheer instruction, 2–3 times per week

  • Routine choreography and energizing performance music

  • 5-6 local or travel competitions

  • Opportunities to qualify for prestigious end-of-season bid events

  • Monthly team bonding activities that strengthen camaraderie and team spirit

Team Skill Requirements:
We focus on growing athletes of all skill levels, but with an emphasis on progress:

  • Beginner: Forward roll, cartwheel, handstand, bridge kickover, handstand forward roll

  • Intermediate: Backwalkover, frontwalkover

  • Advanced: Series tumbling for all skills

  • Jumps: Double toe touch, pike, hurdler

  • Stunting: Intermediate to advanced level stunting

SNS- Competitive SNS

SNS Program – Stomp and Shake (Ages 13–17)

Power, Precision, and Passion in Every Performance

The SNS (Stomp and Shake) team is designed for athletes ages 13–17 who are looking to take their cheerleading skills to the next level in a high-energy, competitive environment. This program focuses on building strength, refining stunting techniques, and perfecting precision in both jumps and tumbling.

The SNS team is all about showcasing power, rhythm, and creativity, with performances that truly captivate audiences. Our expert coaches ensure that athletes develop not only their cheerleading abilities but also valuable leadership skills, discipline, and a sense of community. Whether your athlete is new to SNS or has experience, they will find a welcoming, challenging, and supportive atmosphere to grow in.

  • 5-6 local or travel competitions

  • Opportunities to qualify for prestigious end-of-season bid events

  • Jumps: All basic cheer jumps

This program focuses on building strong fundamentals, teaching powerful motions, and developing rhythm, coordination, and confidence on the competition floor.

The Youth SNS team emphasizes strong chants, sharp motions, clean formations, and powerful stomp sequences that represent the traditional energy of stomp and shake cheer. Athletes will learn how to perform with confidence while developing teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills. Whether your athlete is new to stomp and shake or already has cheer experience, this program helps them build a strong foundation while preparing them for competition performances.

  • 2 hours of cheer instruction per week
  • High-energy choreography and performance music
  • 5 local or travel competitions
  • Performance-focused training to develop rhythm, stamina, and precision
  • Monthly team bonding activities to build team spirit and confidence

Team Skill Requirements

We welcome athletes of all skill levels with an emphasis on development and improvement.

  • Beginner Skills: Forward roll, Cartwheel, Handstand, Bridge or bridge kickover, Basic cheer jumps

  • Intermediate Skills (Optional but Encouraged): Round-off, Back walkover, Jump combinations, Basic standing tumbling

Evaluation & Placement: Athletes will be evaluated based on current skills, experience, effort, and maturity level. Teams are structured to ensure every athlete is placed in an environment where they can develop confidence, improve their abilities, and contribute to the team's overall success.
